I really did not expect to be making an obsessions page for Yuugi. Yami-Yuugi, yes - Yuugi, no, but here I am making one just the same. Yuugi is not a typical character for me to like. He's cute, caring, and open about it. At first I didn't like him, and lived only for the times when he would switch with Yami-Yuugi, but he grew on me pretty quickly once I started watching the series in Japanese. It's probably because he reminds me of the kind of guys I would hang out with in real life. You know... the type of guys that spend their lunch period playing Magic: The Gathering in one of the classrooms at school. All my friends in high school were guys like that. I never played with them because games like that are not my bag, but those guys were hilarious to hang around.
